Hanoi, September 19, MEDLATEC Group and FPT Smart Cloud Company signed a strategic cooperation agreement on AI, Cloud and Data Application in Enterprise Management and launched a project to consolidate financial reports with FPT CFS.
This is an important cooperation, a lever to help MEDLATEC Group accelerate the comprehensive digital transformation process, manage and exploit data effectively, and develop a sustainable development roadmap in the upcoming growth period. According to the agreement, FPT Smart Cloud will become a strategic partner in the digital transformation process of MEDLATEC Group.
The two sides will work closely to promote the application of cloud computing and research the application of cloud computing-based technologies such as machine learning, artificial intelligence and smart data analysis in MEDLATEC Group’s business areas.
FPT Smart Cloud launches the FPT CFS Financial Reporting Consolidation Project with Medlatec Group
At the same time, within the framework of the event, the Financial Reporting Consolidation Project with FPT CFS was officially launched. According to the plan, the project will be deployed and put into operation in December 2023. By successfully implementing the project, it will help MEDLATEC Group standardize accounting records, financial reporting principles and consolidate financial reports, helping to automate up to 90% of data standardization work, shortening 60% of the time to set up and issue reports. In addition, it ensures transparency, accuracy of data, can be reconciled and cross-checked on the system, helping the board of directors have a comprehensive view of the financial situation, performance, and make smart and reasonable decisions in business development.
To operate FPT CFS, accountants of units only need to record the correct data, the system will automatically check and compare, any transactions that do not match will be notified for adjustment. After that, the system will start to perform the steps and procedures according to the consolidation process. From there, CFS automatically records the consolidated adjustment entries and provides consolidated financial reports and separate reports at all levels of the company. The solution optimizes time for chief accountants and financial directors in checking, reviewing data and consolidating financial reports.
